The company was real and registered in Russia primarily for concrete manufacturing. It was not authorized to sell petroleum products or to be a mandate company. Scammers use the name of this company with false contacts and offer Russian petroleum products for sale with incorrect GOST standards and procedures. 

The company is currently undergoing liquidation and is not active anymore.
