The company is real and registered in Russia primarily for crude oil and gas extraction. It’s also authorized to sell petroleum products but it's not authorized to be a mandate company. Scammers use the name of this company with false contacts and offer Russian petroleum products for sale with incorrect GOST standards and procedures.
