The company is legitimate and officially registered in Kazakhstan as a petroleum refinery, but it's not authorized to sell fuel. Scammers impersonate this company for fraudulent purposes and with false contacts. 

They work with Razvedka Dobycha Kazmunaygaz and Rusinvest, also impersonated by scammers.
