The company was registered in Russia primarily for crude oil and gas extraction. It was not authorized  "as the facilitating company of the End seller" or " an official mandate company working directly with reliable major refineries". Scammers use this company name with fake contacts and offer Russian petroleum products for sale with fake procedures.
