The company was real and officially registered in Russia prior to liquidatio. This company was not registered to sell petroleum products or to be a seller mandate. 

Scammers impersonate this company for fraudulent purposes using fake contacts and offer Russian petroleum products for sale with incorrect GOST standards and procedures.
