The company is legitimate and officially registered in Russia under the Rosneft management as a petroleum refinery. This company is not registered to sell petroleum products or to be a seller mandate. 

Scammers impersonate this company for fraudulent purposes and offer Russian petroleum products for sale with incorrect GOST standards and procedures.
