The company was real and registered in Russia for crude oil and gas extraction. It was not authorized to sell petroleum products. It was not authorized to act on behalf of sellers/refineries. Scammers use the name of this company with fake contacts and offer Russian petroleum products for sale with fake GOST standards and procedures.
